Restaurants Serving Locally-Grown Food

The Kansas City Food Circle is a community network made up of area growers, eaters, chefs, and grocers working together to build and promote a permanently sustainable local food system.  KC Healthy Kids would like to recognize the hard work they do to organize and nuture connections and relationships between the growers of organic and nutritious food and the people who love to prepare and eat it. 

We bring to you a list from the Kansas City Food Circle of area restaurants who have been known to incorporate healthful, local ingredients into their menus.  Please note that menus and ingredients at these restaurants can change at any time and the amount of organic, natural, or free-range food can vary.


The following restaurants are members of Kansas City Originals (as are some of the above restaurants), and they also have created menus incorporating locally-grown produce and meats as seasonal offerings.  Again, remember that the menus and food offerings can vary at any time.
