  Nature Notes pt1 and Nature Notes pt2: These nature notes are a fun way for children to
   learn and identify animals and plants on their walks to and from school.  The provided

   parents about the Walking School Bus program, including the policies.  It can be
   customized for your school.

  Policies and Responsibilities: This document details WSB "Driver" policies and
   responsibilities.  It can be customized for your school.

   to register children and parents for the schools Walking School Bus Program. It can
   be customized for your school.

  Safety Cards: These PedNet safety notes can be used by WSB parents and leaders to
   help ensure the safety of the participating kids.  The provided document can be cut up
   and distributed to the parents and leaders.  Here is a generic version.

  Sample Flyer: Used by PedNet in Columbia, this sample flyer about the International
   Walk to School Day can be customized for your school.

  Volunteer Application: This is a sample application for an individual to volunteer to be
   a WSB driver.

   (hopefully an enthusiastic health-minded parent).

   used at your initial meetings and gatherings with parents. These are pdf files that can't be

   Ian Thomas, executive director of PedNet in Columbia, Missouri, from the KC Healthy
