What is a Champion for Health? Champions for Health are kids who speak out for healthy eating and active living in their community.

Students: You can become a Champion for Health by completing the 3 online steps below: 

  1. Create Healthy Habits with 12345 Fit-Tastic!
  2. Investigate how your community supports healthy habits
  3. Speak out for healthy kids by telling school and city leaders what changes would make the healthy choice the easy choice in your neighborhood.

Teachers: If you would like to receive student answers from the online activities below, complete this form. Submit a project for the Champions for Health Challenge: What would your school do with $1,000? The Champions for Health Challenge gives students the power to make big changes at their school that support health. Classrooms submit health and wellness project proposals designed for kids by kids.
