We are an Indigenous-Woman owned, kombucha company located in Hoyt, KS. We are proud to say that over 80% of our ingredients are harvested by local farmers that are committed to sustainable agricultural practices. In addition, we also create limited seasonal flavors using ingredients, hand-picked in the wild by us. Our kombucha is made with love and intention so that it nourishes your body from the inside out. It all started in 2010. Born out of a desire to create a healthy soda alternative for me and my children, I began brewing kombucha in my kitchen. As I shared my kombucha and the changes in my health, ( including getting off all my medications) with friends and family, word of mouth began to spread about the amazing healing powers of my kombucha. With order requests increasing each week, I began to run out of counter space at home and Saturday afternoon customer pickups often led to lines out her front door. To keep up with demand, I began to sell at the farmers markets where I was approached by a local retailer looking to place my kombucha on their store shelves. In 2015, with orders in hand, I went into the bottling business, opening a small manufacturing facility and taproom. As distribution increased beyond the local Kansas City market, I soon outgrew my operation and in 2018, moved into a much larger, brand new manufacturing facility and taproom where we continue to grow today. Currently, Tea-Biotics Kombucha is sold in over 700 retail locations in 17 states and home to the World’s Largest Kombucha Taproom with 48 flavors on tap! |
