Welcome to Salmon Enterprises!
We began our journey in 2015 when we became a local distributor for Old West Feed Company. We liked how much healthier our cattle were and wanted to share the product. We have developed some great relationships with our customers through the years.

In 2020 as COVID-19 became a pandemic, we started to see the beef prices climb and the shortage of beef in the stores. We wanted to do our part to help. This led us to start selling our local farm fresh beef. From there, we have grown to helping more people in our community get local farm fresh beef that they really like.

In 2021, We added three flavors of Beef Snack Sticks to what we offer. We have grown to be in several stores. We also attend two different Farmer's Markets: Saturdays at Greater Polk County Farmer's Market in Bolivar and Farmer's Market of the Ozarks in Springfield.

In 2024, we added Beef Summer Sausage.
