Since 2005, KC Healthy Kids, founded by the Hartwig Family Fund, has been on a mission to promote healthy lifestyles for children across our region. As we approach our 20th anniversary in 2025, we’re proud of the impact we’ve made together, but there is still so much more to accomplish. Our dedicated team—including community leaders, educators, social workers, policymakers, and agricultural scientists—has established KC Healthy Kids as a trusted partner in Kansas City.
