SNAP Social Media

Thanks for helping spread the word about the ways #SNAPmatters! Here are four tips to keep in mind while you’re sharing on social platforms:

  1. Use hashtags and tag @kchealthykids so we can track our impact.
  2. Tag your elected officials to make sure they get the message. Find your elected officials and their social media handles here.
  3. Share your story. If you have a personal story about a time when you needed SNAP, share it with your legislator.
  4. Add a photo to your post. Use the infographics on this page or share your own photos of your family around the dinner table, or shopping at a farmers market or grocery store.
